Service Description

NR Estudio Embed provides QR code generation, web radio player embedding, and YouTube/Facebook embed tools. The QR code service offers free and paid plans with varying quotas.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is for individual use unless otherwise agreed.

Plans and Payment

• Free Trial: 30 days, unlimited QR codes, with ads.
• Starter ($20/yr, 1 QR), Basic ($55/yr, 3 QR), Pro ($95/yr, 5 QR), Business ($193/yr, 10 QR), Business+ ($1,350/yr, 80+ QR).
• Payments are processed through NISSIRESEAUX's WHMCS billing system.
• Plans renew annually. No refunds after 7 days of purchase.

QR Code Usage

• QR codes remain active as long as your subscription is active.
• If a subscription expires, QR codes may be deactivated after a 30-day grace period.
• Users are responsible for the content encoded in their QR codes. Illegal or harmful content is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The NR Estudio Embed platform, its design, and code are the property of NISSIRESEAUX. Users retain ownership of the content they encode in QR codes.

Limitation of Liability

NISSIRESEAUX is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the QR code service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for illegal purposes.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
